The much awaited UAAP Season 71 will open on Saturday at the Araneta Coliseum. The University of the Philippines, alongside its celebration of its centennial year, will be hosting the collegiate season. With this fans will surely experience a grand opening only the State University can give.
What should we expected from the UP Fighting Maroons on the other hand? They missed the Final Four last year and this resulted them to acquire their new head coach, Aboy Castro. FYI, I came to know Coach Aboy through the Coca Cola Tigers years back. He was under Chot Reyes’ coaching staff, and whatever team Coach Chot mentors, he follows. I’m just not sure if he’s in the TNT coaching staff this PBA Conference. Good luck to this year’s UAAP host!
